Courses (Adult)
Cork Gaiety School of Acting is working hard to introduce new and exciting courses for its students.
Our Page to Stage courses cover the study of text and character development, devising and scene work for performance.
Our Acting For Camera courses will teach you the essentials of screen acting, including physical, vocal and emotional techniques aswell as technical and analytical skills.
This summer, we are running intensive one-week classes, including Adult Summer Drama ( July 7th- 11th), and Camera Acting Skills (September 1st-5th ). Our most challenging project will be the Adult Theatre Company, which aims to rehearse and produce a show in only one week (evenings). The strongest competitor for a play is 'The Plough and the Stars', and, weather permitting, we will perform outdoors.
