The Gaiety School of Acting has been providing classes in Cork for over ten years now. We are presently operating Young Gaiety classes in the South Parish Community Centre in Sawmill Street., just off the South Mall, while our adult classes take place in the Firkin Crane.
Stella Majewsky, Artistic Director of the Gaiety School of Acting, Cork, has been working with us to help improve our programmes since July 2006. Stella was trained at the acclaimed Institute for Acting in Bochum, Germany and has worked as an actor, director and teacher across Europe. Since arriving in Ireland she has specialised in theatre directing, completing a Masters in UCD. She is currently doing PhD research with the University of Wales in new apporoaches in screen actors training.
