The faculty are all working professionals in the Irish theater as well as noted academics and critics.
Those who have contributed to the international programmes include directors Patrick Mason, Jim Sheridan, Judy Friel and Andy Hinds, actors Barry McGovern, Pat Laffan and Gerard McSorley and academics Gerry Dukes, Terence Brown, Declan Kiberd and Denis O'Brien, as well as the regular teaching staff of the school.
