The Gaiety School of Acting expects you to conduct yourself well while you are participating in all of our activities and classes. This includes abiding by all laws of Ireland while you are here. As well as this we expect you to conduct yourself responsibly and safely at all times while in any classes or any activities organised or scheduled by the school. This entails the following:
o Alcohol: The Gaiety School of Acting allows for the consumption of alcohol within reasonable limits by students who are of legal age (over 18 years). Students who choose to consume alcohol do so with the knowledge that they remain responsible for their actions at all times and are expected to drink responsibly and safely. The Gaiety School of Acting does not condone or encourage any patterns of alcohol consumption that would be hazardous to health or well-being of the individual. Any student who attends classes or GSA activities under the influence of alcohol in any way will be immediately asked to leave.
o Drugs: The possession, use or distribution of any drugs that are illicit or illegal is prohibited. Any student found to be in possession or under the influence of any illegal substance will be expelled from the course with no refund of fees and police notified.
Please note that while enrolled on a course run by the Gaiety School of Acting, you are deemed to be a representative of this school and of your own host country and university. You should conduct yourself accordingly
