Barnacles, Temple Bar House hostel is about a 1 minute walk from the school - it is in the very centre of everything.
- you will be in a dorm of 2, 4 or 6 beds depending on the number of participants;
- you will not be accommodated with members of the opposite sex;
- you will only be accommodated with other participants on the course;
- all dorms are en-suite;
- there are laundry and internet facilities available but they are to be paid for yourself;
- because of the location, it can be quite noisy so you may want to bring earplugs!
- you do not need to bring bedclothes, but should bring your own towels;
- the hostel provides a left luggage facility if you want to go away for any weekend without bringing all your luggage;
- there is a very well equipped kitchen/dining area so you can prepare your own meals;
- there is also a common room for TV/DVDs etc;
- the hostel frequently organises social events/suggests options for what to do around Dublin: check their notice board and ask staff for more details.
