Dramatic Writing
This practical ten week course explores dramatic writing for stage, film, television and radio. Over the course participants will be lead, by a series of examples, discussions and focused exercises, to explore their creative potential across a range of dramatic forms. Time is set aside to explore participants own ideas and projects. At the end of the course all participants will have a portfolio of dramatic works. Tutor Michelle Read is a published, produced and award-winning playwright, and also co-founder of READCO Theatre Company, which produces contemporary new work for the stage. Michelle holds a first class Masters in Screenwriting, and is a regular writer for RTE's Fair City.
