Acting for Camera 2: Practical Skills

This series of three 8 week courses is designed to give participants first hand experience of Acting for Camera. Each eight week module can be taken as an individual course. However, many participants take all three courses in sequence: 1. Acting Skills, 2. Practical Skills, 3. Career Skills.

2. Practical Skills focuses on demonstrating the technical requirements of film as well as the basic analytical skills used to explore the script. Participants will also be introduced to audition technique - a necessary skill for those wishing to pursue a career in TV and Film.

Classes will focus on equipping the actor with the skills necessary to work in front of the camera, working on the individual, scenes in pairs and larger group scenes.
